About
Hello, I'm Varun.
I’m a movement educator, author and product builder exploring how movement, breath, play and thoughtful technology can make everyday life feel a little more human.
What began as a personal journey through injury, loss, recovery and curiosity gradually became Move Breathe Play, a way of sharing body-first practices through events, retreats, workshops and an open online studio.
My teaching brings together yoga, mobility, stretching, breathwork, meditation and playful movement. The approach is practical rather than dogmatic: notice what is happening, work with the body you have today and leave with something useful.
Over the years, the practice has taken shape through events, retreats, workshops, residencies and shared practice spaces in different parts of the world. The free online studio has allowed it to travel much further.
People from 80+ countries have practised with Move Breathe Play, in person and online.
Alongside the wellness work is another thread: designing products and systems. Before moving fully into this field, I spent years building physical products, partnerships and operational systems. That background now feeds into the digital products and tools I build alongside Move Breathe Play, with the same attention to usability, resilience and human behaviour.
