A traveler, teacher, and lifelong seeker of balance through movement, breath, and play.
What began as a personal journey to heal and make sense of life has slowly turned into something bigger — a way of connecting with people all over the world. I've had the joy of sharing my practice across continents, learning just as much from those I teach as they hopefully learn from me.
My approach blends Eastern health practices, storytelling, and a healthy dose of playful experimentation. Whether it's on the mat, in the wild, or over a warm cup of tea, I believe in making space for curiosity, compassion, and embodied exploration.
