How AI is used
GOODNIGHT JAR uses AI to shape reflections. Reviewed text or voice transcripts are sent securely for that purpose and are not used to train models. Saving a jar remains your choice, and the reflection works whether you save it or not.

GOODNIGHT JAR
GOODNIGHT JAR is a gentle night-and-morning companion that uses AI to shape bounded reflections for worries, bright ideas, unfinished thoughts and everything in between.

GOODNIGHT JAR uses AI to shape reflections. The text you type, or a voice transcript you have reviewed, is sent securely for that purpose and is not used to train models. Whether you save a jar is your choice, and the reflection works either way.

The evening ritual
A calm, guided path from a circling mind to a gentler morning. A few minutes at night, and something kinder waiting when you return.

Type it, speak it or choose a small prompt. Share a worry, an exciting idea, a mixed feeling or something you simply do not want to forget. GOODNIGHT JAR responds to what you actually shared rather than assuming every night begins with a problem.

GOODNIGHT JAR may gently suggest when there seems to be enough, but you decide when to stop. It reflects the night back, offers one short way to wind down, and gives you a grounded thought to leave with.

Choose a morning check-in and let the moonlit jar hold the night. When you return, the same jar moves into sunrise and welcomes you with a tiny smile, a little morning wisdom, a concise recap and one relevant next step — or no step at all, when nothing needs doing.
Sleep Journey
Sleep Journey turns the morning check-ins you choose to share into a simple view of your own rhythm.
Notice how mornings have felt, when you tend to begin GOODNIGHT JAR, and which small wind-downs you actually use.
Missing nights remain missing. GOODNIGHT JAR never pretends to measure sleep stages, actual sleep duration or a clinical sleep score.

Privacy
GOODNIGHT JAR uses AI to shape reflections. Reviewed text or voice transcripts are sent securely for that purpose and are not used to train models. Saving a jar remains your choice, and the reflection works whether you save it or not.
GOODNIGHT JAR does not save raw audio or send raw audio to its reflection AI. Depending on the device and settings, speech recognition may use an Apple, Google or other platform speech service. The transcript can be reviewed and edited before it is added to a jar.
GOODNIGHT JAR can remember which kinds of questions, wind-downs or morning actions seem useful, helping it repeat itself less over time. These bounded patterns remain connected to the installation rather than becoming a server-side profile of your life.
You can inspect, forget or clear remembered patterns, recommendation history, saved jars, personal details or all GOODNIGHT JAR data whenever you choose.
GOODNIGHT JAR may interrupt the ordinary ritual when an entry appears to require real-world support. These automated checks are limited and may be wrong. GOODNIGHT JAR is not crisis monitoring, therapy, diagnosis or treatment, and it must not be relied upon to detect an emergency.
Thoughts, plans and unfinished conversations all decide to work the night shift.
Some nights hold excitement, creativity or something worth remembering — not only worry.
Write a sentence, speak for a moment, or follow one helpful question.
A reminder, a small wind-down, an overnight pause and a morning return — without streaks, badges or guilt.
Made with ADHD, restless and overactive minds in mind — but spacious enough for lighter nights too.
